The AAP hopes you will take advantage of this chance to meet and network with over 170 members who will attend the Fall Conference in Pittsburgh. 

Exhibiting at the AAP Annual Conference offers vendors the chance to interact with members each day of the Conference and make them aware of your products and services. We hope you will take advantage of this chance to network and get to know our members. The deadline to sign up as an exhibitor is November 8.

The AAP offers a limited number of tabletop exhibits during the Conference. The AAP registration desk and refreshment breaks are also located in the exhibit area.

If you need to arrange electric or AV for your booth or need instructions and pricing for package delivery/shipping, please complete the hotel’s Exhibitor Request form.

Orders must be received by the Sheraton no later than three days prior to the Conference.
