The Fall Conference room rate is $179 per night for single, double, triple or quad occupancy. These rates do not include the 14 percent state and local taxes. The recently redone rooms at the Sheraton feature a workstation, coffee maker, wireless internet, iron/ironing board, hairdryer and mini fridge.

Our reservation deadline is 4 p.m. on October 20 or when the room block sells out, whichever comes first. After that date, our Conference rate cannot be guaranteed. 

Other Sheraton Information

Payments by Check:  The Sheraton does not accept payment by personal or county checks. 

Debit/Credit Card and Cash Policy:  Both credit and debit cards are acceptable methods of payment. Credit cards are preferred! Please be aware - if you present a debit card at check in, the following holds will be placed on the funds in your account: The nightly room rate multiplied by the number of nights staying, plus 40% to cover taxes and estimated personal charges. When these holds are placed, the funds are not available anywhere from 5-14 days depending on your banking institution. Guests are encouraged to use a credit card instead of a debit card to pay for incidental charges at the hotel. 

Cancellation Policy: The hotel has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Hotel check in is at 4pm. If there are any cancellations within that window, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the card on file.

Parking: If you will be parking a car at the Sheraton, we suggest parking in the parking garage across from the hotel or the open-air lot next to the hotel. Upon entry to either location, pull a ticket and bring that ticket to the Front Desk by 11:59 pm on the day of arrival for re-programming to allow in/out privileges without incurring additional fees during your stay. Parking is $34/day/vehicle, these fees will be posted to your room reservation once you have provided the ticket to the front desk.
