Fall Conference Registration Open! (As of September 11, 2026)
Register now to attend the AAP Fall Conference to be held November 12 and 13, 2026 at the Valley Forge Casino Resort in Montgomery County! Our conference features many opportunities to earn licensing recertification credits, exchange ideas with other assessment professionals, and meet with industry exhibitors.
Fall Conference Registration
Register for the Conference online using the link above. Please review the Conference agenda which includes class descriptions along with instructor information. All county members, vendor members and all non-members are welcome to register for Conference classes.
While online registration is preferred, AAP is still providing the option to print a paper registration for AAP Fall 2026 Registration, complete your selection, and mail it in with your check to the address on the form. Please scan your registration form and email it to Lori Lawyer at llawyer@pacounties.org to have a better chance of getting a spot in your preferred classes.

Conference Scholarship Opportunity - September 30 Deadline!
The law firm of Siegel Jennings has kindly provided a donation to the AAP that will fund three scholarships for the Fall Conference.
The AAP Conference scholarship* will cover the 2026 Fall Conference registration fee for any CPE who is a member of the AAP and currently employed by a county. Please complete the scholarship form by 4 p.m. on September 30. The AAP officers will choose the scholarship recipient by Friday, October 2 and the AAP will notify the recipients immediately.
* The scholarship is for the full Conference registration. The recipients will be responsible for their overnight accommodations at the Valley Forge Casino Resort.
Monitoring Procedures/Code of Conduct
At the links below are AAP's monitoring and disciplinary procedures as well as the AAP Code of Conduct. Please review them before signing up for classes. By registering for the classes, you, as an individual, are agreeing to abide by both the monitoring and disciplinary procedures and the Code of Conduct.

With that in mind, we are committed to hosting a safe event for all participants, and in partnership with the Valley Forge Casino Resort, we will be following best practices designed to mitigate exposure or spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses. However, by choosing to attend the AAP Fall Conference in-person, attendees are acknowledging that they fully and knowingly understand and accept the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses.
