The stunning and unique Kalahari Resorts in Pocono Manor is the site of this year’s Annual Conference. We’re excited to be there and welcome our members!

The Kalahari Resorts is well-known for its indoor/outdoor waterpark but the complex also features several world-class restaurants which range from fine-dining to casual, unique works of art throughout the facility, a spa, and many other recreational opportunities.

Waterpark Admission Tickets

Each room booked in AAP’s room block will receive four admission tickets for the waterpark for the entirety of the stay. Any additional guests over the four allowed in our room rate will be charged $50 per night.  

Hotel Room Reservations 

Our deeply discounted Conference room rate is $168 per night for single, double, triple or quad occupancy. These rates do not include the nine percent state and local taxes. All rooms have big screen TVs, mini fridges, microwaves, free WiFi and coffeemakers.

Our reservation deadline is April 6 or when the room block sells out, whichever comes first. After that date, our Conference rate cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your room reservation more than three days in advance of your expected arrival to avoid any penalty. Cancellations received less than three days in advance will forfeit all nights’ room and tax.

Overnight Room Payment Information: Due to a high volume of inquiries, Kalahari Resorts cannot accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, or Purchase Orders at the hotel check-in. The hotel has a dedicated team that approves these forms to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations prior to check-in. These forms should be submitted to the Kalahari at dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or fax them to (608) 254-6116. The resort highly suggests that the attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advance prior to the hotel check in so their team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards, since the Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in.

Debit/Credit Card and Cash Policy: Guests are encouraged to use a credit card instead of a debit card to pay for overnight room reservations as well as incidental charges at the resort. A $100 hold will be placed on all credit and debit cards. 

The entire resort is a cashless facility - only credit card payments will be accepted.

Parking: All self-parking at the Kalahari is complimentary. Valet parking is available for overnight guests for $39.99 per day and for day guests for $20 per day. If you’re driving your electric vehicle, the resort has charging stations available for $59.99 (rate includes valet parking).
