The Seven Springs Mountain Resort is one of the gems of the Laurel Highlands offering year-around recreational opportunities and a beautiful setting for any meeting or conference. The resort offers a variety of outside recreational activities, a fitness center, an indoor pool, in room Wi-Fi and a complimentary guest shuttle to anywhere on the property. We’re excited to be there and welcome our members!
Seven Springs is well-known for its indoor/outdoor recreation offerings along with great restaurants which range from fine dining to casual. Be sure to check each restaurant’s operating hours during our Conference. The resort’s Trillium Spa is also offering our members at 10 percent discount on services during the Conference. Just show your Conference badge to receive the discount!
Our Conference room rates are $189 per night for single occupancy, $209 per night for double occupancy, $229 per night for triple occupancy and $249 per night for quad occupancy. These rates do not include the 11 percent state and local taxes. All rooms have big screen TVs, mini fridges and Lavaza coffeemakers. Additionally, all room rates include the resort’s famous breakfast buffet each morning in the Slopeside restaurant dining room.

Our reservation deadline is April 6 or when the room block sells out, whichever comes first.
After that date, our Conference rate cannot be guaranteed.
Other Resort Information
Payments by Check: Seven Springs does not accept payment by personal or county checks.
Debit/Credit Card and Cash Policy: Guests are encouraged to use a credit card instead of a debit card to pay for incidental charges at the resort. The entire resort is a cashless facility - only credit card or debit payments will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your room reservation more than three days in advance of your expected arrival to avoid any penalty. Cancellations received less than three days in advance will forfeit all nights’ room and tax.
Parking: Seven Springs has several complimentary parking lots on property. You will be issued a parking pass upon check in. Valet service is available for a fee.
